Nutrition

The hardest but the most important part for most people is eating the right foods, consistently. Be mindful of the things you put in your body. Eat clean whole foods as often as you can! Stick to foods that are not packaged and you know ALL ingredients. Example: salmon, broccoli, brown rice, apples, etc.
