Join Pure and Simple Livestream Strength, a live online small-group training experience designed to help you build strength, improve endurance, and create consistency from wherever you are.

✨ 2 live full-body workouts each week (T and Th @ 6am ET)
✨ 30–45 minute sessions designed to fit into your schedule
✨ Beginner-friendly, progressive strength training
✨ Exercise modifications based on individual needs and abilities
✨ Live coaching, form cues, and encouragement from Coach Ash
✨ Accountability and community with a small group
✨ Workouts designed to be completed with basic home equipment

Your Weekly Commitment

Show up, move your body, and give yourself the opportunity to get stronger!

These are LIVE workouts. Not Recorded classes. If you miss a session, there will not be a recording available to make up later. This keeps the focus on consistency, accountability, and showing up for yourself.

What You’ll Need

A small workout space and basic equipment such as dumbbells, resistance bands, or other household fitness equipment. Specific equipment recommendations will be provided as needed.

Investment

$150/month (less than $20/class)

Includes two live virtual strength-training/cardio sessions each week.
