We will meet IN PERSON 2 days a week for 45min-60min full body workouts and also receive a cardio plan for the full 6 weeks!
Nutrition
Equipped with a detox to kick off the program and get our nutrition in check for optimal results! We try to stick to 5-7days the first week of the program. You can do less or more depending on your level of comfort. You receive the Pure and Simple Fitness Detox E-Book FREE with this program.
