What is 6 Week Summer Shred?

This is a 6 week program where we will focus on full body workouts through high intensity interval training, 2 days a week for at least 30 minutes each.

We will have weekly progress check ins to discuss success and areas of opportunities with Coach Ash to reach your goals.

With an optional weekly check in photo for progress. (Coach Ash will be the only one with access to photos)

That’s less than $9 for each workout and weekly check ins. You can’t beat this deal!


SCHEDULE:

HIIT WORKOUT: Monday and Thursday at 5:30AM 6AM!!! Virtually. Zoom link will be emailed after registration.

BONUS!!

οΏΌYou will also be able to join the Tuesday evening yoga classes at no additional cost in person or virtually! (You might need it after the HIIT workouts πŸ₯΄)

YOGA: Tuesday at 6:30PM at Saving Grace Community Church AND Virtual Option


DETOX??

Yes! Each month we will start off with a 5-7 day detox.

You gain access to a newly revamped detox meal guide that you can use to help jumpstart your shred!

Recommended that you follow the detox for at least 1 week. Feel free to go longer if you want. The detox is not sustainable for most, but can turn into a lifestyle. Literally!
