I think God has a sense of humor. Not because He laughs at our struggles, but because He has a way of reminding us that life is rarely one thing at a time. This year, I've experienced some of my deepest disappointments and some of my greatest joys—sometimes within days of each other. At first, it felt exhausting. Now, I see it differently. I see it as one of God's greatest lessons: the beauty of duality.
