    Whenever I am in the sauna, I notice something. I am always the only one without my phone, and it is always intentional. I leave my phone behind because this is MY time. There is something powerful about choosing to unplug, especially in a world where we are always scrolling, always stimulating our minds, and always taking in information. The sauna has become my space to decompress, sweat it out, reflect, and breathe without any digital noise. It is my weekly ritual.
