Is “All or Nothing” Mentality Holding You Back?

Get rid of the All or Nothing mentality. 

It’s the reason why some people can’t stick to anything longer than a week. The reason why some people goals have never been reached. The reason some are still single. 

We are human and we can’t expect to get everything right ALL THE TIME. 

Do what you can today… and do some more the next day too. (And the next day and the next day…) 

✨ Your lunch wasn’t on the meal plan, make sure your dinner is.

✨You didn’t get the grade you wanted on that test, make sure you study more for the next one.

✨You didn’t exercise today, make sure you do tomorrow!

✨You didn’t journal at the time of the day you prefer. Do it later, if time permits.

✨You wanted to workout for an hour, but only have 20 minutes to spare. Do the 20 minutes!

✨You can’t get into the full expression of a yoga pose or strength training move (yet). The modification is perfect for your needs!

You don’t give up at the first obstacle. It doesn’t have to be all or nothing. Do better the next time.

But dont you dare give up!!
