Down 5lbs šŸ™ŒšŸ¾ Even on Vacation! Here’s How I Did It (And How You Can Too)

You know what’s wild? I’m down 5 pounds, and this happened after two vacations, four different cities, and binge-watching at least three shows while sipping wine and enjoying foods that aren’t part of my meal plan. 😰

Less than a month later, I’m feeling lighter (literally and mentally) and more in control of my wellness journey.

But here’s the truth: I’m not new to this so I knew moderation was important. I’ve been on this journey before. And every time life throws a curveball like vacations, busy schedules, or just plain burnout, I go back to what works. I keep it simple, steady, and sustainable. Because wellness doesn’t need to be complicated to be effective. (Hint: that’s how the brand got its name🤪)

I did three things consistently:

  1. Moved more
  2. Tracked my food (and ate what I prepared)
  3. Prioritized protein

Reintroducing the Basics (Because They Work!)

This past month, I had to re-implement a few foundational things. Nothing extreme, just back to basics. Those same basics I talk about in my book, Intentional Wellness. And now, I’m bringing them into my upcoming 6-week program:
