You know whatās wild? Iām down 5 pounds, and this happened after two vacations, four different cities, and binge-watching at least three shows while sipping wine and enjoying foods that arenāt part of my meal plan. š°
Less than a month later, Iām feeling lighter (literally and mentally) and more in control of my wellness journey.

But hereās the truth: Iām not new to this so I knew moderation was important. Iāve been on this journey before. And every time life throws a curveball like vacations, busy schedules, or just plain burnout, I go back to what works. I keep it simple, steady, and sustainable. Because wellness doesnāt need to be complicated to be effective. (Hint: thatās how the brand got its nameš¤Ŗ)
I did three things consistently:
- Moved more
- Tracked my food (and ate what I prepared)
- Prioritized protein
